05.06.08:
i was recently selected as an artist in residency at Anderson
Ranch , as part of the NEA-supported program Extending Creativity
in Digital Media. my time in Snowmass, CO was inspiring and very productive.
made great strides in refining (and further exploring) the luminescent
printing process. some of the results have been posted on aeolog
- eventually documentation will make its way here!
i also have the pleasure of once again being a juror for the Pixelstorm
award. the prizegiving ceremony takes place May 16 online.
meanwhile, aeolab
has a new studio and is on the lookout for potential interns, for the
summer and possibly beyond. design skills are a requirement, as well as
either hardware or software development capability (preferably both!).

series of prints/drawings is currently on display at Flushing Town Hall
in Queens (NY)
i was an international facilitator for the ANAT ReSkin
workshop in Canberra, Australia at the beginning of this year. i loved
Australia and the results of the workshop were incredible. amazing students!
i was also on the jury for the Pixelstorm
award.
i was commissioned to produce an updated version of Puddlejumper for the
Futurotextiles exhibition in Lille, France. the new piece is a rain cape,
and is inventively named Puddlejumper II. photos and video forthcoming.
meanwhile, mintymonkey is going to get a bit of an overhaul. i need to
reorganize, recode, and plan to actually update regularly. don't call
it a blog though.

UFOS, a new project (with Nikita Pashenkov), will be shown at seamless,
May 20, at the MIT Media Lab.
a workshop is in the works for July 11-26, at Central Saint Martins in
London.
i will be on the panel "Extreme Fashion" (August 3), and will
have a couple of projects in the Cyber Fashion Show, both for Siggraph
2005 in Los Angeles.
documentation is, as ever, coming "soon." this site will probably
have to change a lot to fit everything!

a recent project, is now live. flash client and java backend. documentation

Paris workshop was a huge success. great students and some really good
